1. Describe your overall thoughts on the final piece.
It was interesting and a good combination of both photography and computer manipulations.
2. How successful do you feel this piece is and why?
It was successful, because it was an easy intro to the class.
3. What worked about this project? What didn’t work?
It was an easy manip and could have been done using several different techniques. However, it didn't work in that poses were difficult to take because you had to keep the camera consistently still and move around so no poses overlapped.
4. If you were to do this project over again, what changes would you consider making?
I would hold the camera more steady so I wouldn't have to keep positioning each pose to match the layer under it.
5. What was the most difficult part about completing this piece and why?
It was hard to move the clones so they lined up with the background behind them.
6. What did you learn from this piece?
I learned that there is more than one way to photo manipulate a picture and that it's best to work cleanly; if you start out crappy, it's going to be a mess throughout the entire thing. Make your layers neat and to perfection so you wont have to fix mistakes later.
First entry for Mr. Sands' Computer Art and Animation class.
